Delivery timing
Orders placed on or before XX are expected to be delivered by Friday 30 January.
Orders placed after this date will be delivered as soon as possible. Your order may arrive before your estimated delivery date.
Orders are packed and dispatched in the order they’re received, and delivery timeframes can’t be changed or expedited once an order is placed — even if you contact our Customer Experience team, which has a long wait time as we are experiencing a high volume of enquiries.

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post, and tracking will be emailed and appear here once it’s dispatched. We’ll keep this page updated as your order progresses.

I've changed my mind. Can I return my product(s) for an exchange or refund?

If you have changed your mind and are able to provide a valid receipt, we may offer you an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

  1. The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  2. The returned Goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition.
  3. Food, drinks, first aid products, masks, respirators, clearance items, specially purchased products, furniture, textbooks, made to order products, Technology items, including laptops, notebooks, tablets and digital licences or subscriptions (such as ‘eBooks’), school contributions, stock bought specifically for a customer, direct ship products, any other product marked as Non-Returnable on our website,  and customised stock cannot be returned on a change of mind or customer error basis.
  4. School levies cannot be refunded by us. Please refer to your school should you require a refund for a school levy.
  5. Any return freight fees will be at your expense.
Our change of mind returns policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
