Digital products (eBooks and other digital items) cannot be returned or refunded. Notification of this condition was provided at the time of order placement.

Products known as ‘combo packs’, that is a physical book that is wrapped and includes a card with an access code, can be returned as per the Winc normal returns policy. The product must not be unwrapped and the access code must not have been activated. If a ‘combo pack’ includes digital content supplied via the OfficeMax eBooks platform, it cannot be returned.

The Winc returns process does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
