Delivery timing
Orders placed on or before XX are expected to be delivered by Friday 30 January.
Orders placed after this date will be delivered as soon as possible. Your order may arrive before your estimated delivery date.
Orders are packed and dispatched in the order they’re received, and delivery timeframes can’t be changed or expedited once an order is placed — even if you contact our Customer Experience team, which has a long wait time as we are experiencing a high volume of enquiries.

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post, and tracking will be emailed and appear here once it’s dispatched. We’ll keep this page updated as your order progresses.

How will bulk items be delivered?

Where your school has chosen to have bulk items such as paper and tissues sent directly to the school for distribution throughout the year, will be noted on your student form and online.
